Couples Therapy

Romantic relationships can be the source of life's many rewards and challenges.  It's natural to experience highs and lows, and sometimes having a neutral party can help to bring partners closer together.  Working through issues of communication, transitions, hardships, or ruptures can help to make your relationship one that is fulfilling.

I provide a safe place for romantic partners to connect in new ways, learning more about themselves and one another.  Whether you have been together for a few months or many decades, that longing for understanding is universal.  I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman methods in my work.

All relationships are welcome, including monogamous, consensually non-monogamous/poly partnerships, and LGBTQIA+ relationships.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes we may experience a difficult transition or stressful situation, and other times we may have longer standing mental health challenges.  No matter your needs, you can expect a warm and supportive environment.

Connecting or re-connecting to ourselves can be an incredibly powerful and rewarding experience. I believe all parts of us can be our greatest teachers if we turn to them with compassion and curiosity.  I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic integration for an approach that adapts to your needs.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults of all ages in trauma recovery and issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, codependency, CPTSD, and relationship issues.

Couples Intensives

For some couples, weekly hourly sessions help them achieve their relational goals. Other couples find they benefit from longer sessions over a shorter period of time, having a larger container to dig deep and explore to work through entrenched patterns together. I've heard clients reflect feeling they accomplish months of therapy in the course of a few days.

I offer couples intensives where we collaboratively decide what arrangement would be most supportive to the couple and their goals. Couples intensives can range from 3-6 hours per day and 1-3 days in length.
