About Emily Sessoms

I offer individual and relational therapy through Alive Holistic Counseling in Eugene, Oregon.

I believe that everyone is doing the best that they can, and that we all have a universal desire to be seen, understood, and accepted.  The relationship that develops with the therapist is paramount in helping support you in accomplishing the change you desire.  I utilize compassion, curiosity, creativity, and appropriate humor (therapy doesn't have to be serious 100% of the time) to ensure that our work is collaborative and effective.  I specialize in working with couples, adolescents, and adults.
